The teak wood panelling on all three floors hides the back doors and creates a leitmotiv across the various rooms in the house; the materials were selected so as to maintain continuity between the indoors and outdoors.

Surrounded by large glass walls, the spacious living room faces onto a black-marble pool. This area is dominated by the Grafo sofa, featuring natural colours and contrast stitching along the edges designed by Victor Vasilev himself. In this modular structure, upholstered elements, sofas and coffee tables are combined to create a cosy, comfortable composition that can be altered based on individual needs.
